Writer Samah Abu Bakr Ezzat said that she is supervising the dramatic content of the cartoon series Noura, which will be shown in Ramadan on the screens of the United Company, explaining that the series came in conjunction with the political leadership’s launch of initiatives to care for women, and we always said that we do not have a currency that serves as an icon for the Egyptian girl.
Samah Abu Bakr Ezzat explained, during an interview on the “Ninth” program, broadcast on Al Oula channel, today, that the Noura series is not just a series, but a whole project called Noura, and the work is a translation of what will happen, and what is special about it is that it addresses a segment of girls that was not covered by an artistic work from the cartoon series.
She continued: “In cartoon series, we always address a segment from 5 to 8 years old, but this time we are working above and providing work specifically for the Egyptian family, the relationship of girls with siblings and parents, and we see teenagers in this period, especially in the period of the spread of social media and its impact on society,” explaining that the series raises awareness. The family, at the same time, is a similar model that exists in many homes and animation, and many families are interested in watching cartoons, not just children.
